User Agreement

This agreement is between you and BatakSportPro ("we", "us"), and it covers the BatakSportPro app and the services behind it. By creating an account or using the app, you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not use the service.

How we handle your personal data is set out separately, in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may play

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must be legally allowed to play card games for real money where you live. That is your responsibility to establish, not ours. If it is not allowed where you are, do not use the service.
• You may hold one account. Accounts are personal — do not share yours, sell it, or let anyone else play on it. You play for yourself, with your own money.
• The details you register with must be true, and you must keep them up to date. They must match the identity you verify with if we ask you to before a withdrawal.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your password and your device secure. Tell us at once, at batakdev66@gmail.com, if you think someone else has access to it.

Your nickname is permanent. It is the name every table knows you by, and there is no way to change it after registration — choose it accordingly.

You can close your account at any time. Read section 6 first: it explains what to do with your balance.

3. Money and your balance

• Your balance is in US dollars and is held for you. It is shown in the app. It is not a bank account and it earns no interest.
• Tables. Before you sit down, every table shows its buy-in, the house rake and the prize pool, and the app asks you to confirm the charge before anything is taken from your balance. The rake is our fee for hosting the table; it is not part of the prize pool. Where the app lets you give a seat back before the cards are dealt, the charge is refunded in full.
• Winnings are credited to your balance when a game settles, according to how that table pays out: its prize schedule, or in Yanık, the last player standing or a split both remaining players agreed to.
• Yanık rebuys. A player who burns may be offered a rebuy while at least two players are still in the match. The price doubles with each rebuy, and you confirm the charge before it is taken. Declining a rebuy, or letting the offer run out, means leaving the match; what you have already paid stays in the pot.
• Yanık deals. When two players are left, they may agree to split the pot instead of playing on. A deal is struck only when both agree to the same terms, and it is paid out as agreed.
• Tournaments. A tournament costs an entry fee plus a house fee, shown separately with their total, and you confirm the charge before it is taken. A tournament that is not full by its scheduled start is cancelled and every entry is refunded. Games inside a tournament pay nothing on their own; prizes are paid when the tournament ends, as shown on the tournament's page.
• Corrections. We may correct a balance that has been affected by a fault, a mistake, or a breach of section 5.
• Tax. You are responsible for any tax due on your winnings where you live.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are being introduced to the app. This section describes how they work once they are available to you.

• In cryptocurrency, through PassimPay. Deposits and withdrawals are processed by the payment provider PassimPay. Your balance is in US dollars; the dollar amount is converted at PassimPay's rate at the time of the payment.
• Fees. Blockchain network fees and PassimPay's fees may apply, and can reduce the amount that is credited or that arrives.
• Minimum amounts. There are minimum amounts for deposits and for withdrawals.
• Deposits are credited once PassimPay confirms them. Blockchain payments take time to confirm.

• Withdrawals are paid to a wallet address you give us. Check it carefully: a blockchain payment cannot be reversed, and money sent to an address or network you entered wrongly cannot be recovered.
• Review and identity verification. Withdrawals may be reviewed before they are paid, and we may ask you to verify your identity. A withdrawal is not paid until that is complete.
• Refused withdrawals. We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal tied to fraud, collusion, multiple accounts or a system fault.
• Bonus credits, if we ever give any, can be played but cannot be withdrawn.

5. Fair play

A card game only works if everyone at the table is playing it honestly — and at a real-money table, cheating takes money from other players. You must not:

• use software of any kind to play, assist your play, or read another player's cards;
• collude with other players, share your cards, or coordinate play to another player's advantage — including losing on purpose to pass money to someone;
• use more than one account, or play at the same table as an account you also control;
• use the service to move money for anyone else, or to launder money;
• exploit a fault in the game rather than reporting it — including any fault that produces a balance you were not entitled to;
• interfere with the service: reverse-engineer the app, attack, probe or overload the servers, or access any part of the system you have not been given access to;
• abuse, harass or threaten other players, or use a nickname that is offensive or impersonates somebody else.

Some tables are filled with computer players where there are not enough people to start a game. This is shown in the app before a table begins.

6. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from Profile → Profile Details → Delete account (it is also under Profile → Settings). Closing it is final and cannot be undone.

Withdraw your balance first. A balance left on a closed account is not forfeited: write to batakdev66@gmail.com, and once we have verified that you are the account holder, we pay it out to a wallet you name.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this agreement, and where a breach is serious we may do so without notice. A balance tied to a breach — for example, winnings from collusion or from exploiting a fault — may be withheld. Otherwise, the balance on an account we close is still yours, and is paid out as described in section 6.

We may also withdraw the service, or any part of it, at any time.

8. Stopped tables

An administrator may stop a table in progress. When that happens nothing is scored, the buy-ins are refunded, and the app tells everyone at the table what happened.

9. Availability

We try to keep BatakSportPro running and working correctly, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults. Games may be interrupted by maintenance, by a network failure, or by a fault on your device or ours. The service is provided "as is".

Leaving the screen does not leave a game: your seat, and the money on it, stay in play, and the turn clock keeps running while you are away.

10. Responsible play

Decide how much you are prepared to lose before you sit down, and stop when you reach it. Do not play to win back losses, and do not play with money you need for anything else. If playing stops being fun, stop; you can close your account at any time. If it is affecting your life, get help from a support service where you live.

11. Liability

You play at your own risk: money staked at a table can be lost in the ordinary course of the game. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost time, or for loss caused by a lost connection, a fault on your device, or a wallet address or network you entered wrongly. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Intellectual property

The BatakSportPro app, its name, its artwork and its software belong to us. You may use them to play the game and for nothing else. The card games themselves — Batak and Yanık — are traditional and belong to nobody.

Anything you upload, such as a profile picture, remains yours; you give us permission to display it inside the service.

13. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and where a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use BatakSportPro after a change means you accept it.
